ya know one of things about NZ flats
was that you very rarely had upstairs neighbours
and we didn't have quiet ones like i thought
we just didn't have any
so rather than going to bed for some quiet time with gamer
I cam e to bed to listen to the neighbours stero
as their living room is right over ours
and they know we can hear them, so they keep the stero down after midnight
however, clearly not everyone at their party does

bollox i really liked this flat as well
if this is a regular occurence, measures will be taken
polite neighbourly discussions
noise control and legal letter to their landlords
and advice on getting out of our lease.
all of these are your friends
when it gets to 1 we are asking them shut the fuck up
or we will call noise control
oh yeah and slamming dancing in your living room at 12:30
is UNIMPRESSIVE.

I remember one set of upstairs neighbours I had... this geek and this chick with an English accent. What a pair of _freaks_. They were quiet at night, though.

lol, yes our downstairs neighbours was very considerate when the chick with the english accent locked herself out on occasion. And was a good source of B5 news
