budapest

hotel has internet acess, huzzah
went to art gallery for 30 mins (well I spent all day in it last time I was here)
went round zoo, as it was next door and free on our Budapest explorer card thingee
had pretzel and beer for lunch and then discussed what to do
we went to the statue park on the outskirts of th city
its where they put all the communist statues
I love it when people futz about with peoples symbols of political ideology to bring it all down a notch. took some cool photos and bought 2 t-shirts, 3 postcards, 2 badges and hip flask the CD of revloutiontary songs and three bottles of coke, on account of it being 25-30 degrees all day
came back to hotel. will go out for dinner shortly
post again tomorrow, when we've doen the palace district
