(no subject)

Had lunch in pub with course tutor for the art history study tour I am being course assistant on next week, went well.
had two meals so far today, only had one yesterday (just never actually felt hungry, even after mcd's) and am off to vist my friend Stuart wife heather and new born ruth (an unexpected surprise, as consequence of using condoms as only contraception method).

Steven retained his job, but is on his final written warning and monthly reviews (instead of annual ones). I really wish he would just act together and leave.
Instead I just get promise every year that he will go travelling next year (3-4 years in row now) and his friend John has had 2 years of I'll have another job by this time next year promises. He's a really nice guy just needs to find something that makes him happy, but is to scared to go and find out what that is. Wasn't even mad at me about the phone thing (phew!!).

have found place to stay in london someone has moved off couch so I can have it, hurrah!, espically as it's someone from contiki tour whose done all grown up since we did it 6 years ago and is very graceful young lady doing her masters in international relations at LSE.

sleep patterns

Central heating was playing up and got up to turn it off at 11:30 last night as was to hot to sleep and was combining with insomina to keep me tossing and turning. Woke up at 7:30 this morning so roughly on track.
Am currently reenigerring the streak, dyed over it with light chesnut, which it turned out is not natural hair colour. So hair was two shades of brown and streak still present. Went and bought medium brown dye and applied to whole head, is darker than normal now but red has mostly gone. So am off to get bleachy stuff to strip hair dye off a streak further round head and bit smaller. then will dye intense spic red for winter colours (orthinological ref) is slightly darker and more Xmas colour.
