i say this beacuse
about 20 seconds from my front door there is a fudge shop
with a display of real fudge in the window, its a small low ceiling shop
with a heat source for melting the fudge ingredents

what this article fails to mention is was under his leadership that new zealand became nuclear free and got a heavy dose of painful but needed economic reform. Had he a larger stage to play on, who knows.
