no I don’t, I could leave. If you can’t see your procedures are crap, that your jokey, matey, ‘isn’t funny i’m so don’t give shit about being your boss’ style of managment is not motivating, makes your staff feel worthless, uninspired and has driven most of them to wanting to leave and does not qualify as leadership in any sense of the word. Or that you patronising jokes just make you look stupid instead of funny. Then I can exercise my choice and go somewhere else.
I think it was a mistake coming back, James had a touch of irony, David (who was off sick for most of the time I was here) is just a pain.
yeah I do spend a lot of time on the internet and mucking about. but it feels like most of what I do in here is useless anyway.
oh yeah and being the temp does not make me the office junior or your run and fetch bitch. the less respect you treat with the less I have for you.
