despite having bitched about my last job, it taught me a lot, including standards of professionalism and service which simply aren't present here. This place is in bit of flux at moment, which happens in every work place. But there is no urge to set up a culture of quality (ie checking work that goes out), professionalism (ie more than just a this is your fund value letter for a transfer) or service (ie your clients wouldn't bitch so much if you actually had procedures, checking and standard letters for everything).
