Work - if they gave some to do I might actually learn something, am taking lunch break early as just nothing else to do. will annoy buddy when she gets back. Spent time this morning finshing checklists I had been doing yesterday, decided to put the year on them as well, which would have been fine had I put this year on them (sigh!)

NB. having a docorate qualifies you to spout nonsense in your subject, it does not qualify you to lecture on the contents or lack thereof of a masters in an unrelated subject. (ha can say these things without getting glowered at more than usual at lunch time)

will go out in minute and check bank balance as only furniture currently in room is lilo. May go to Argos this weekend and buy two pine chests (one for Tv and one as coffe table (hopefully big enough to draw chess board on top of))

blah am scunging round internet cafe after missing people at movie theatre. I really wish steven would learn how to text people. He called me and said just before seven (after I had let myself into his place to wait for him) I duly turned up and noted movie didn't start till 8, thought he told me wrong time. Wandered off to cafe to kill time, he called at 7:10 to say it was now they are buying tickets and I got him to buy me one and I'll see him there at 8 as couldn't be bothered walking back again. I'd texted I could wave text as evidence of him being late as is I appear to have no patience. (well buying the tickets an hour early seemed overkill to me though he assured me they were selling out).
